PTL PTL PTL !!! Above that, any paper represent to all of us are not worthy as much as THE REAL ONE -- The Bible. It's the "Made by God" !!!!!!! (above the Universe -- all Earth, Sun, etc) -- not like "Made by USA". The best Exercise for each Human-kind IS The Bible -- Our Most Valuable Piece !!! Like our MVP all-times. God AWARD each Humans a MVP everywhere !!!!!! That's The Bible. PLEASE READ THE BIBLE.

Of course, I like the Pray without ceasing picture..

Get the prayer ministry going..

When I think of the wisdom and scope of God's plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father. Ephesians 3:14

Your body is a temple - eat right & smart :)

Top Seven Healthiest Foods

Researchers at Tufts University in Boston have come up with a way to calculate the antioxidant properties of fruits and vegetables.

Antioxidants are believed to provide a protective effect against conditions such as heart disease and cancer by interfering with the damage caused by free radicals. Antioxidants are also believed to help retard the aging process.

The seven foods listed below provide additional individual benefits as well. Prunes, for example, are frequently used to relieve constipation, while spinach may be helpful in avoiding memory loss and staving off Alzheimer’s.

Consumers are urged to not only eat the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables each day, but to choose nutrient-rich sources such as these:

Prunes
Raisins
Blueberries
Blackberries
Kale
Strawberries
Spinach

Dennis, speaking of antioxidants, dark chocolate is also under this category. Guess you're not a chocolate lover. :)

fun posters! um, i've always wondered...what's the "nike formula"? all i know is that it's the name of your blog, but what does it mean...?

Hi Emily!!

If you read the verse below the title, look at the greek word, "NIKAO" which means "NIKE" which also means "conquerors". Like the Nike (Swoosh) shoes, the company is asking the athlete to use their brand name shoes to conqueror against other athletes. :)

So, I developed a title, "The Nike Formula" or "The Conqueror's Formula" to help our blog readers to look to Jesus as our conqueroring king. He helps us conquer against all the evils that invade the core of our hearts!

And, when you have Christ, you're a NIKE OF GOD. We're more than conquerors through Him who loved us!

I believe I have a blog somewhere a year ago or two about the title. I'll have to find it or if you can take the time to find it. :)

Have a great week!
